Colin Beasley is a multi-instrumentalist specializing in hammered dulcimer. Known for his unique style on the instrument, Colin plays a plethora of musical genres including jazz, latin, pop, folk, and of course, video game music. He actually won his first dulcimer contest playing an anime song! After winning said contest after only having played the instrument for three months, Colin has accumulated an abundance of hammered dulcimer awards including the 2015 and 2017 Southern Regional Champion, the 2014 and 2016 Deep South Champion, the 2016 Texas State champion, and the 2016 Mid-East Regional Champion.
In September of 2018, Colin competed in and won 1st place in the National Hammered Dulcimer Contest at the Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield, Kansas. Since being named the "2018 National Hammered Dulcimer Champion," Colin has decided to no longer compete in contests. Instead, he has focused on expanding his musical knowledge, pushing the limits of the hammered dulcimer, and helping spread the word and teach the instrument to students. He frequently travels the country teaching and performing at various dulcimer festivals.

We're excited to announce another musical guest, Quimby! Quimby is a 4 piece jam rock band out of Richmond, Indiana. Coming from diverse backgrounds, a combined 110 years of experience on stage, and a deep love for all music this combination takes you on a trip to different sides of the sound spectrum and as we flow from verse to verse hoping to get a little lost along the way.
Taking influence from bands such as Pink Floyd, Tool and Grateful Dead, and mixing it with Alternative vocals and the occasional melodic metal overtone. One minute they’re playing a trippy, droning groove then the next we’re switching it up and doing some reggae jams. At the end of the day they’re just four guys that like to make things sound cool while bringing a little happiness to the world.

Their improvisational prowess is ever growing and solidifying, ranging from of heavy bass driven rhythms with playful guitar, deeply emotional soundscapes to get lost in, and deep-grooved dance music for the crowd to move to, and nooks of psychedelic mischief, all with the connection and conversation with the crowd being at the forefront.
